To resolve the issue, run a script that can bypass the verification required to install this version of Windows. To install this script you need to go to github.com and download MediaCreationTool.bat clicking on Code > Download ZIP.

After downloading the file, unzip it and go to MediaCreationTool.bat-main > MediaCreationTool.bat-main > bypass11. Then right-click Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd and select Run as administrator. Click Ok when the UAC prompt appears. You can also Windows Defender pop-up window, click on it Run anyway.

Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

You must undo the changes after installing the update to do the same, just go to the same location and run Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd again. Instead of installing, the script will report that it has been removed.

2]Bypassing TPM and Secure Boot with Rufus

You can also use Rufus to bypass TPM and Secure Boot, just download Windows 22H2 or ISO 2022. Then you need to use Rufus to create an installation media that will bypass TPM and Secure Boot. This will do the trick for you.

Windows 11

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to System > Troubleshooting.
  3. Click Other troubleshooters.
  4. Click on Run associated with Windows Update.

Windows 10

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Go to Update and security.
  3. Click on Troubleshooting > Additional troubleshooting tools.
  4. Choose Windows Update and click Run this troubleshooter.
